Quality
Shipment sample before despatch
Inspection by arrangement
You see a sample from your order before it ships.
Before bulk production starts, each style is patterned, fitted, sewn and corrected in our own sample room.
Our quality steps
- Before cutting
- We check the fabric and trims against what you approved at sampling.
- During production
- If you need specific checks during production, tell us before bulk starts.
- Finishing
- Pressing and thread trimming before garments are folded.
- Before despatch
- A shipment sample goes to you. You see a finished garment from your order before the goods leave the factory. If something’s wrong, it’s still ours to fix, not yet your stock.
- Third-party inspection
- If you want one, tell us when you order and we’ll agree the arrangements.
Finishing decides how a dress looks.
A well-sewn garment can still look wrong: crooked stones, a flattened ruffle, a loose thread. On beaded or ruffled dresses, finishing is most of the work.
It’s also the last chance to fix a fault cheaply, before the garment is packed.
What we ask from you
Four things from you prevent most disputes: a signed sample, a size spec, fit comments in one document, and your labelling.
Your designs
A tech pack is commercially sensitive. If you need us to sign an NDA before you send one, just tell us.
Start with one style
Judge us on your own sample: the seams, the pressing, the fit.
